Our Leadership Team
Nilay Patel
CEO
Growing up around his parents’ hotels, Nilay learned the values of exceptional customer service and southern hospitality. He also gained hands-on experience in fixing and maintaining various hotel amenities, which sparked his entrepreneurial spirit.
Nilay established Netlink SolutionZ, LLC, at the age of 16, with a focus on providing hotel internet and surveillance systems. This venture served as a springboard for several business endeavors, including Netlink Voice and Netlink Web Services. Nilay launched Vital Networks to provide telecom services to rural and underserved hospitals and healthcare facilities.
Throughout his journey, Nilay’s relentless pursuit of innovation, coupled with his resilience in the face of challenges, has solidified his reputation as a visionary entrepreneur and a trailblazer in various industries.
Eric Menesses
VP of Business Development
Eric helps oversee and support the Phonesuite channel partner program, customer acquisition and retention efforts, and hotel brand management and special projects. Eric has held multiple positions within the hospitality technology industry over the last 20+ years. Six years ago, he founded Inn-Cloud Solutions and has since brought Phonesuite’s cloud-based PBX platform to over 150 properties across the Gulf South region of the country.
He is a graduate of Louisiana State University and currently resides in Louisiana with his wife of 18 years and their two children.
Frank Melville
Chief Strategy Officer
One of the founding members of Phonesuite, Frank leads the corporate vision with direct involvement in product innovation and is a trusted advisor to Phonesuite customers. Frank was born into the hotel industry, having lived behind the front desk of his parents’ 60-room boutique hotel in Colorado’s ski country.
Frank’s history in hotel communications technology began with the development of various mission-critical software solutions for hoteliers. Frank has also developed other general business telephony applications, which were merged into Phonesuite. A graduate of Dartmouth College, Frank added electrical and computer engineering skills to his liberal arts education through graduate work at Dartmouth’s Thayer School of Engineering (BSEE) and at Case Western Reserve University (MSEE).
Mark J. Poillucci
Director of Sales, North America
As Director of Sales, Mark leads Phonesuite’s North American direct sales initiatives, aligning with the company’s mission to deliver innovative PBX and telecommunications solutions to the hospitality industry. With over 30 years of experience in IT and sales leadership, he has played a pivotal role in expanding service providers, developing unified communications, and driving business growth through technology-driven solutions.
Mark’s expertise in VoIP and managed IT services has helped countless businesses optimize their communication infrastructure. His ability to scale operations and implement forward-thinking strategies makes him an invaluable asset to the Phonesuite team.
A proud graduate of Jacksonville State University, Mark and his wife, Alyson, met during their time there and have been married for 28 years. Their son, Landon, is a senior at the University of Alabama studying Operations Management. They reside in Fairhope, Alabama.
Purav Maisuria
General Manager
As General Manager at Phonesuite, Purav drives growth, optimizes operations, and ensures seamless customer experiences. With a background in accounting and finance from Millsaps College, he combines analytical expertise with a strategic mindset to support Phonesuite’s success in the hospitality industry.
Purav oversees the operations and sales of ConnectWare Hospitality. He collaborates with engineers, marketers, and customer service teams to deliver high-quality solutions while building relationships with industry leaders to explore new opportunities.
Purav wears many hats and is Phonesuite’s operations and numbers guru – and the go-to person to get things done. He brings experience in operations management and customer service, a deep understanding of cloud-based communications, and a passion for innovation.
