Keith Konicki is the VP Marketing & Business Development at Phonesuite. He builds relationships and interacts directly with Phonesuite’s national hotel customer base. His enthusiasm and marketing vision bolsters Phonesuite’s core value of “…delighting the customer and exceeding their expectations through innovation and trusted relationships.”
Keith has over 20 years of experience in marketing, business development, and technical sales/sales management via direct service and distributor sale channels within the hospitality, gaming and F1000 accounts. Serving as Co-Chair of HTNG’s Cloud Communication Workgroup for the past three years has helped Keith become intimately aware of the rapidly changing hotel communication environment, and thus further equipped him to position Phonesuite as the leading single-source solution provider of innovative communications technology for the hospitality industry. In addition to Cloud Communication, Keith has served and contributed on several on other hospitality technology workgroups, including GPON Fiber to the Room, New Builds and Renovations, Enhanced Cellular Service, Personal Areas Networks and IoT. In his previous role at SDD/JAZZ (acquired by BroadSoft), Keith was a driving force in the development and international expansion that established the company as a leading technology provider within Hospitality.
Residing in West Palm Beach, Florida, Keith values family and helping others through various volunteering opportunities. Although Keith’s career path took him into the business world, he has a passion for music and enjoys any chance he can get to play.
